There can't be any wishy washy statements in the T&Cs, nor any hint that this is a joint effort between the manufacturer and reseller, nor can they use tactics to coerce you into selling at MSRP unless you've violated the T&Cs. Non T&Cs approach to forcing someone to sell at MSRP violates antitrust laws in EU and US (the Colgate doctrine).

      I'm not a lawyer btw, but I deal with pricing. I'd contact a legit lawyer if you plan to take this to the next level.
